Job Summary
As an Intern in People & Organizational Development, you will contribute to the further development of Welthungerhilfe's global learning and training offerings. During your internship, you will gain deep insights into global personnel and organizational development, support key processes like the optimization of our learning platform, and assist in planning workshops and training sessions. This is a great opportunity to apply your skills in a meaningful environment.
Key Details:
- Job Title: Intern, People and Organizational Development
- Location: Bonn, Germany
- Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week for voluntary internships) or Full-time (for mandatory internships).
- Start Date: From August 1, 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of a global training guideline.
- Assist in the design and usability optimization of the learning platform.
- Conduct data analysis and visualization for the People & Organizational Development team.
- Support employee dialogue and management feedback processes.
- Help with the daily planning and organization of workshops and training sessions.
Your Profile:
- You are an enrolled student, ideally in education, social sciences, psychology, or business administration.
- You have a keen interest in digital learning and online learning platforms.
- You are highly skilled in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have foundational knowledge in personnel and organizational development.
- You are a communicative, cooperative team player with strong organizational skills.
- You have excellent German and English skills; French is an asset.
